| Two boxes of resistance bands |
RantWoman, WHY did you buy two boxes of resistance bands instead of just one?
Minimum Amazon order for free delivery?
Desire to keep getting sucked into the easy of filling one's space with STUFF?
No actual clue about some nuances of resistance band work?
Desire to always have something to carry along for periodic 10 minute workouts?
RantWoman has been discharged from physical therapy for knee arthritis. The exercises have helped A LOT. RantWoman's knees bend much better. RantWoman still sometimes has trouble about her right ankle when getting in and out of the back seats of cars. RantWoman also has a sense both of needing to keep up the routines and to keep building endurance and stronger resistance. Right now, RantWoman always feels energized after mix and match run-throughs of the whole recommended routine. RantWoman also suspects it will be easy at some point to get bored.
Considering all of that RantWoman is also working on what else to add to her exercise habits.
--Make time for water exercise
--Work on balance (acknowledge during routine dr questions that yes, RantWoman like a lot of people her--EEK--age is sometimes afraid of falling.
--Work on simple exercises to do at the bus stop to keep knees moving and keep stretching things that need to be stretched.
--Work on things that help keep calcium in bones but not in heart or arteries.
--Work full body including core and upper body. Stay tuned.
RantWoman will also be remembering RantMom and getting a twinge of things she must have often felt. Waaaaah!
Ah. Adulting!
