#Arthritis #RetailTherapy Two boxes of resistance bands RantWoman, WHY did you buy two boxes of resistance bands instead of just one? Minimum Amazon order for free delivery? Desire to keep getting sucked into the easy of filling one's space with STUFF? No actual clue about some nuances of resistance band work? Desire to always have something to carry along for periodic 10 minute workouts? RantWoman has been discharged from physical therapy for knee arthritis. The exercises have helped A LOT. RantWoman's knees bend much better. RantWoman still sometimes has trouble about her right ankle when getting in and out of the back seats of cars. RantWoman also has a sense both of needing to keep up the routines and to keep building endurance and stronger resistance. A MAJOR Birthday and a new blog

RantWoman has hit a MAJOR birthday, crossed an age threshold guaranteed to come with exciting new realities. RantWoman will of course need to go off in rigorous RantWoman style and is generously sharing her experience her, at least long enough to figure out strategies and options for different platforms.
