Desire to always have something to carry along for periodic 10 minute workouts? RantWoman has been discharged from physical therapy for knee arthritis. The exercises have helped A LOT. RantWoman's knees bend much better. RantWoman still sometimes has trouble about her right ankle when getting in and out of the back seats of cars. RantWoman also has a sense both of needing to keep up the routines and to keep building endurance and stronger resistance.
