The channel digests scientific studies, explains the physiological processes and offers clear reasonable steps to address the key points, in this case more detail about the science of postmenopausal women eating prunes And yes, RantWoman is a bit of a word nerd and really appreciates digestible use of medical terminology. Not a doctor but a really professional content curator. Another hot tip for #Blind and Low-vision readers: there are fairly simple visuals, line drawings mainly. RantWoman glanced at the visuals occasionally but got the content just fine without needed to spend eyeball energy. RantWoman has set a new video to post every week but for heaven sake, subscribe yourself and pass the advice along to anyone it seems applicable. Since RantWoman is posting during #WeekWithoutDriving, this advice is exactly on point for people who need to keep walking and must maintain bone health to do it.
